Welcome to Hyden Beach!
Hyden Beach is hosting a 4's event on Saturday, Nov. 14th in support of Operation Gratitude. We are offering Men's AA/A Quads, Women's AA/A Quads, and COED AA, A, BB Quads Divisions! Format for the COED is two men and two women on the court. If only three players, one MUST be female.
No team can play with less than three players. Juniors and adults are welcome in all divisions! This event is to have FUN while supporting a great cause! If you don't play much volleyball, sign up for BB and have a blast!
Operation Gratitude is a 501(c)(3) that supports our military and first responders through collection drives, letter writing campaigns, craft projects, and care package assembly events. Operation Gratitude provides civilians anywhere in America a way to say “Thank You”.
Hyden Beach will donate 15% of the proceeds for this event to Operation Gratitude. We will also provide a 'letter writing table' for anyone who wants to write a letter to a deployed solider or frontline responder. Great for kids or fans! There will also be a SILENT AUCTION to support Operation Gratitude and we are collecting great items for ya'll!
If you are unable to make the event, you can still donate directly to Operation Gratitude through this link: Operation Gratitude and Hyden Beach.
Check in will begin on Saturday morning at 7:30am, players meeting at 8:00am. Balls in the air promptly by 8:30am. Pool play followed by single elimination. Based on number of registrations, top teams from each pool will advance into playoffs. Based on time and interest, semifinals and finals will be a match.
This is NOT an AVPAmerica sanctioned event. No need for an AVPAmerica membership.
*Format is subject to change. If not enough teams register for one division, Hyden Beach has the right to combine divisions.
Hyden Beach wants to provide the upmost service to our players and guests. To do this, we ask that you please arrive on time for registration so the first games can begin promptly.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but Hyden Beach will not allow walk-up registrations. Please ensure you register by the Thursday night before the tournament start date.
If the tournament director believes a player is playing in a division above or below your capabilities, they have the right to move that player into another division.
Tournaments will follow USAV Beach Volleyball Rules.

Tournaments Cancellation Policy: Team cancellations that occur from the time registration is first paid online until two days prior to an event will be refunded 100% of the registration fee (e.g. cancel before midnight on Wednesday before the said tournament that is held on a Saturday). Teams that cancel after that point will forfeit their entire registration payment. Exception to policy is when there are not enough teams in the registered division to field a complete pool. If this occurs, teams in the division that does not make a complete pool will be offered a refund. Any questions on this policy or its application should be addressed to email@example.com.
Inclement weather policy:
- If cancellation occurs before the first game begins, a full refund minus credit card processing fees for all teams present will be refunded.
- If cancellation occurs at any point during pool play, no refund will be offered.
- If cancellation occurs during playoffs in divisions where there are cash payouts, those total cash payouts will be split evenly between the active teams at that time point in the tournament.
Tournament cancellations can occur when there is significant inclement weather (lightning) that will last greater than two hours and/or heavy rainfall lasting longer than two hours. This call is at the discretion of the tournament director.
The Tournament Director has the discretion to temporarily suspend all play as well as clear the courts for any reason they deem appropriate.
